Which situation applies to your project?
Sudden budget cuts – what now?
“50% less change budget in the middle of the transformation?”
Everyone nods –
but no one DELIVERS?
“Meetings without dissent, but nothing happens.”
HOW do you get everyone involved from the start?
“The project is ready to go – but how do we secure everyone's commitment?”

Theory alone does not drive a company forward.
That is why I developed the 4R method – based on my experience with over 10 change models, from Kotter to ADKAR, from PwC Infinity Loop to Deloitte Vision2Value.
Phase 1 – RECAP
Step 1: Stakeholder interviews in advance reveal initial findings.
Step 2: Compare team and external perceptions. Blind spots become visible.
Step 3: Jointly determine what the project now needs to be successful.
Phase 2 – RESET
Iterative and agile: Design or adapt engagement plans based on RECAP findings. Identify quick wins and define concrete milestones.
Eliminate ineffective methods and supplement them with more effective ones. Set clear priorities for tomorrow and the coming months.
Phase 3 – RECHARGE
Activate the team. Ensure successful implementation: Based on the new engagement plan, strengthen self-confidence and motivation—individually and as a team. Identify gaps in knowledge and skills and close them through targeted coaching, mentoring, or training.
Phase 4 – RESTART
Secure initial direct successes: Through job shadowing and operational support. The team is working according to the new plan, and I am providing on-the-job support. Quality management ensures initial direct quick wins. Set supervision for the coming weeks.
